Room barely squeezed in two queen beds, (we needed for a family of four).However was clean and fresh. Really loved the beautiful Iowa farmland pictures on the wall. Very courteous and cheerfully staff at the reception desk.
Made reservations online, when trying to check in told pet friendly room were in use already. Strange because I had reservation print out showing room but it didn't matter. They called another hotel for me and they said send him down but when I got their in like 2 minutes room was booked online. So again where to stay. Thanks Waverly, Iowa. We were in town for family for the weekend.
Rooms in bad need of renovations. Decent internet decent price
A non smoking room smelt strongly of smoke. Breakfast was fine but small. Beds were comfortable. We only got one channel on the tv.
We got the suite and it was very roomie, the breakfast was not that great though, I wouldn't wake up for it. Hyvee grocery store is right across the street, very convenient.
