We've been taking our pet family here for years and we completely trust their advice and services. They completely won us over when we had a one particular cat, Conrad, who was a rescue that we were fostering who had an awful smell and greasy coat. The other vets who had seen Conrad before gave minimal care and basically given up and said that is the way he will always be. Once he was in our care we took him to our vet at Ave. of the Saints Pet Hospital. After a thorough exam and blood work it was discovered he had 2 abscessed teeth which were causing the smell. The greasy coat was another issue caused by allergies but after diligently experimenting with we had tried different shampoos and bathing regiments in 3 months you would not recognize this cat. He totally transformed to a beautiful Maine Coon cat with a gorgeous coat and absolute wonderful temperament. We adopted him as we fell in love with him. We totally trust Dr. Phyllis Frost and now with her daughter Jami Mallon taking the helm at the Waverly site we have total confidence in her as well.
Dr Frost and her daughter Dr Mueller are the best, most caring vet. we have ever taken our dogs for care. Our current dog Harley has been going to Ave. of the Saints for 10 yrs now. Our previous dog, Willie, lived to be 19 yrs old. We credit that longevity to love and great vet care.
Everyone is soooo nice & helpful. I have a senior dog & he is treated with a great deal of respect & gentleness. We both appreciate this.
